Botanica Medica consists of a team of dedicated professionals concerned with preventive health care based on an individual approach. We offer a high standard of treatment in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Iridology, Allergy Testing, Reflexology, Ear Candling, Sports, Injury and Aromatherapy Massage.

We have a large herbal dispensary, and also stock homeopathic, prescription strength vitamins and minerals as well as an extensive selection of dried herbs and blended teas.

Also available are cruelty & chemical free skin care products, essential oils, burners, massage oils, books and more.

Botanica Medica offers excellent service and safe and effective treatments to assist our client to realise and maintain their full health potential.

We dispense individual herbal medicine's and formula's and essential oil blends and creams can be made to order.

Tracey Cook

Tracey Cook was a registered nurse for a number of years before undertaking a career change to Naturopathy. She has over seventeen years clinical experience in naturopathy and is registered with the National Herbalist Association of Australia and Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

She specialises in herbal medicine and lectures for Mediherb Australia.

Tracey has been involved in the Menopause Forum at the Flinders Medical Centre, Women’s Health Workshops for the Women’s Health Advisory Board, has lectured for Dermatologica Australia.

She has worked with the Cancer Care Center and the Womens's Health Center at Royal Adelaide Hospital where she lectures on Natural Therapies for menopause and complimentary therapy for breast cancer.

Michael Pace

Michael Pace is a fully qualified Massage Therapist which he completed through the SA Health Education Centre. He is also a qualified Sports Trainer through Sports Medicine Australia.

He specialises in Sports and Remedial Massage and has worked with a various National and State sporting teams including Adelaide City Soccer Club and West Adelaide Football Club.

Michael currently works for the Port Adelaide Football Club in the AFL (the Power) as both a sports trainer and a massage therapist.

Susan Greenwood

Susan Greenwood is a Counsellor and Naturopath. She holds Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. She is currently completing a Masters in Counselling at the University of South Australia.

Susan is registered with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and the Counselling Association of South Australia. She is registered as a provider with most health funds enabling clients to claim a rebate.

In her Counselling work, Susan uses a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on the client's requirements. These approaches include Person-Centered Counselling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Transpersonal Counselling as well as the use of Homeopathic Medicine and Flower Essences. She believes that healing occurs holistically with body, mind and spirit harmonising to create health and well-being.

FAMILY COUNSELLING is a therapy that works with some or all members of a family to help change challenging behaviours. It is particularly useful with ADHD in children.

Pauline Jones

Pauline Jones has a diploma in remedial massage and certificates in myofascial cranial release, acupressure, Qi-gong oriental therapies and aromatherapy.
Pauline currently holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage this includes elective modules in Myofascial Release Cranio Sacral Therapy 1 - Myofascial Release Cranio Sacral Therapy 3.
